Yes, 100%. You own all the code and content. No lock-in contracts. If you ever want to move to a different host or developer, you can take everything with you.

Every package includes an initial hosting & support period. After that, stay on the Hosting & Support plan ($25/mo) which includes hosting plus edits, additional photos, and minor tweaks. Not on the plan? Pay $50/hour for page edits.

Every site we build is SEO-optimized from the start. We also set up Google Analytics and Search Console so you can track your traffic. Don't have a Google Business profile yet? We can set that up and optimize it for you.

Hosting & Support ($25/mo) includes your website files, maintenance, SSL certificate (the padlock), security monitoring, backups, and a monthly analytics report. It also covers ongoing edits like page updates, new photos, new events, new products, content removal, and minor tweaks.

We require 50% deposit to begin your project, with the remaining 50% due before launch. This protects both of us - you don't pay in full until you've seen and approved your site, and we don't start work without commitment.
